This video is divided into 3 sections with each section designed to increase your skills as a social dancer. Whatever level of dancer you are, you will enjoy working on the many exercises this video offers.

Section 1 introduces the “practice position hold” and the important concepts of “frame” and “resistance”, along with five exercises to help you practice these concepts.

Section 2 focuses on your Turns: tuck turns, paddle turns - using your arms, finding your balance, and “spotting” your partner.
Section 3 offers fun exercises in the visual connection; reading “the whole picture” while you're dancing. This section culminates in the “Top 5 tips for leaders” and the ”Top 5 tips for followers”!
